I am: hard-working, creative, and skillful. I am an excellent classroom instructor.

- I am 51 years old. I am married and we have two daughters and a son. I write training materials for a corporation. I like to stay fit. I don't do any sports and I have no real goals, physically. I just enjoy it. It is a way to release tension. I have no plan at the gym. I just do what I enjoy doing. It's a good strategy...keeps me faithful to the practice because I don't see it as a chore.
